Biography
Michael Paddy, Senior Government Relations Associate: Michael has legislative experience in a variety of issues affecting the insurance industry and related sectors, including health insurance, property and casualty insurance and regulatory reform. Prior to joining Public Policy Partners, he was the Director of Government Relations for the Maryland Hospital Association. He also served as the Director of Government Relations for the Maryland Insurance Administration. He has a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor’s of Science from Salisbury University.
